The Gamer's Auction

Calling all tabletop gamers! The Gamer's Haven is hosting its first-ever live auction on September 7th, 2024 in the open play area.

We've been talking about hosting an auction for over 10 years, and are stoked to finally have the opportunity to make this an actual event. This being our first go at it, we definitely have room to grow. We'd love to add remote bidding and live streaming to future events among so many other concepts, so make sure you come support us to we can grow this event into our final vision!

What's Up for Auction?

The auction will feature a wide variety of tabletop gaming treasures, including:

Board games
Miniatures (built, painted, or on sprue)
Collectible Card Games (including valuable cards and supplies)
Hobby supplies (paints, tools, basing materials)
Gaming memorabilia and collectibles
Role Playing Games (books and supplies)

How to Participate:
**DEADLINE FOR LOT SUBMISSION IS AUGUST 18TH**
Registration to participate in the auction is on Saturday, September 7th from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Space is limited to the first 50 attendees, so sign up early! During registration, you'll receive an auction paddle and bidding number.

How the Auction Works:

The auction will begin at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 7th. The auctioneer will present each lot (one at a time) and call for bids from the audience. Raise your paddle to bid. The highest bidder wins the item and must pay the final bid amount. The auction will be live-streamed for viewing only, so you can join in the excitement even if you can't be there in person. There will be breaks frequently, and the event is expected to go until 3:00 PM approximately. You can find all of the specific details in the Auction Information Packet.

Submitting a Lot for Auction:

Do you have a collection of unused games, miniatures, or hobby supplies? Turn them into Gamer's Haven store credit to get that new Conquest army, MTG cards or other hobby stuffs by submitting your lots for auction by August 18th, 2024. All lots are subject to review by The Gamer's Haven staff and must meet the following criteria:

• Lot Description
• Minimum Original Retail Value $50 (check eBay if unsure)
• Condition Complete and in good condition (if missing components or pieces such as sprue bits or game related items, please list those on the submission form)
• Minimum Reasonable Reserve Price Must be set by seller
