Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours

Shipments are sent out daily on regular business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been processed and received through usps

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Gamer's Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Gamer's Haven is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship internationally to any country but you will need to contact us directly through thegamershaven@thegamershaven.net to set up shipping for orders outside of the U.S.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on shipped items that are still in the original packaging, shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the customer who wishes to process the return for any reason other than damaged/missing items.
