This expansion for the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game covers the events surrounding the dread kingdom of Angmar in the north, and the wars it waged upon the three kingdoms of Arnor – Arthedain, Cardolan and Rhudaur – ultimately leading to its destruction. The book includes a full Rise of Angmar campaign, allowing you to play out key events such as the fall of Amon Sûl, the Battle of Fornost, and the clash between the Witch-king and King Eärnur of Gondor. You’ll find loads of scenarios to play, discover fresh ways to build your armies, and encounter new heroes and villains. On top of all that, this supplement includes a showcase of miniatures, a painting masterclass for the ruins of Middle-earth, and an appendix featuring Narrative Play scenarios tied to the heirs of Isildur later in the Third Age, including Arathorn and his son, Aragorn.
